From where to download the MySQL MySQL Connector/Python 8.0.25 and error I get (no replies)

Per post from Nawaz Nazeer Ahamed just few days ago:

"To download MySQL Connector/Python 8.0.25, see the "General Availability
(GA) Releases" tab at
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/python/"

Well, did the following and it fails:

1) Visited the URL suggested, selected the first option: "Windows
(x86, 64-bit), MSI Installer Python, click on Download"

2) Clicked on Login with your Oracle account, provided email +
password

3) Clicked on Download Now.

4) Installed the downloaded package mysql-connector-python-8.0.25
-windows-x86-64bit.msi

And it yields and error which reads: We are unable to loacte any supported
Python version like Python v3.7 x64 edition. We only support Python installed
using the Microsoft Windows Isntaller (MSI or EXE) download from
http://www.python.org/download/. Please check the Connector /Python manual on
http://dev.mysql.com/d.. and the message gets truncated at this point

Q1) Do I need to install the full Python suite?
Q2) And from where Do I download the correct package to install the MySQL
Connector/Python for MySQL version 8?
